My most favorite event would probably be Passport to ASU. I think the name is very creative firstly, and I also love how students have the opportunity to find something that could become their favorite club or activity. Instead of having to search online and social media to find clubs, they come to the students, right in the SDFC. I think it really shows how active students are, and how ASU encourages students to be so active.
I wish I had the courage to leave my room. My freshman year I stayed in my room because I was a bit overwhelmed and lost, and I really missed my family, and that kept me from doing a lot of things that I might’ve enjoyed. Now in my second year, I am coming out of my shell, slowly but surely. I plan to become as involved as I possibly can my junior year!
I attended tours of several different school before deciding on ASU, but none of them had the atmosphere that I felt at ASU. Walking through the campus, I could picture myself here, living on campus and going to the SDFC, every stop we went to I felt like I could belong here, so I went with my feelings( as you should!) and made the best decision of my life( one of them at least)!
