I love Dr. Paula Booke, who is the director of the Center for Academic Equity. She is wonderful and has helped me succeed at Tulane by giving me many opportunities to work and do research.
I chose Tulane because it allowed me to double major in an art and a science, and gave me room to double major and minor easily even as a transfer. I also appreciated Tulane's commitment to working on their inclusion of the LGBTQ community.
I loved the king cake festival this year, that festival was very fun. Voodoo fest is also very fun and Janelle Monae performed at it this year! And of course Mardi Gras is always fun
I love frenchman street, I would highly recommend seeing a drag show, going to the art market on the corner, or seeing some live music! I also love the restaurants on freret street because they are right down the block from my house.
