I chose Tampa because...

I felt welcomed by the professors and students in the theatre department when I visited as a prospective student. I also fell in love with the campus and the surrounding area- I love the college campus setting in an urban environment!

My favorite spots in Tampa are...

Oxford Exchange, Armature Works, Daily Eats (best mac and cheese I've ever had), and Clearwater Beach.

A few of my life goals are...

I want to be a working actor for as long as possible! Broadway would be amazing, but as love as I can keep doing what I love I'll be happy. I want to move to New York City after graduation and audition while also teaching after-school voice and drama to middle and high school students! Someday, I would love to become a professor of theatre at a university and work with young professionals.

Favorite Tampa class/professor...

My favorite class so far has been Acting Shakespeare with Michael Staczar. Michael always takes the time to pinpoint each students strengths and weaknesses, and helps all of his students grow as performers and as people!
