To be able to travel, and work in someway in a healthcare setting!

I chose Tampa because...

The science program is absolutely incredible! Having a strong program with medium class sizes is very important, and the professors and facilities are amazing. Also, we are right next to the city which gives a ton of opportunities for jobs, internships, and fun activities to do between class.

My favorite spots in Tampa are...

Buddy Brew coffee, either at Oxford Exchange or in Hyde Park! For good food, head to Fresh Kitchen, or Armature Works. And of course just 25 minutes away is the beach!

Favorite Tampa class/professor...

Molecular Biology with Dr. Fasick--we got to choose any of our own genes and clone them! Also- Intermediate Spanish with Dr. Miller, as it became my gateway to get involved in undergraduate research.
