How has UMBC helped you grow?
I've definitely become more sociable, rather than staying in my apartment when I'm not in class I utilize the areas we have on campus to study and relax.
My advice to prospective students...
is to use the UMBC shuttle as much as possible to stay connected to the areas around campus (go watch a movie in Arbutus).
Favorite Local Shop or Restaurant
Cactus Silvestre in Arbutus gives you a student discount and it's also yummy.
Favorite Spot on Campus
My favorite spot on campus is the path that goes through the library pond.
