Visits for groups up to 50 students are offered on select dates. Please review the information below before registering your group.

Group Information:
-Visits for groups up to 50 students are offered  on select dates.
-A typical visit will last two hours and will include a tour of campus and an admission presentation.
-If your group is interested in eating lunch on campus, please see the options below (only available September through April). 

Reservation Policies:
-You must request a visit at least two weeks in advance. Visits requested within a two week window may not be granted.
-We can accommodate groups of up to 50 students. If your group is larger than 50 students, you will have to split the group into separate appointment times.
-One chaperone is required for every ten students. If you aren't able to provide one chaperone for every ten students, your request will not be granted.

Dining Options:
-Lunch on campus is only available September through April.
-Lunch will not be provided free of charge by Capital University. Reservations for lunch must be made at least two weeks prior to your visit. 
-Lunch may be purchased on campus at a discounted rate of $7.25 per person. Money should be collected by a group member. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or credit card; no checks will be accepted.
-If you wish to bring lunch with you to campus, we can provide you with a space to eat. Please let us know at least two weeks prior to your visit so that we can guarantee a space to dine in..
